Confirmation
Confirmation will be effective after receiving your Purchase Order or your registration form.
Business Objects Education will confirm you by e-mail or by fax.
Cancellation and transfer
Cancellation in writing is free of charge until 10 working days prior to the start of the courses. Thereafter, the full registration fee will be charged. However, a substitute delegate is welcome without any extra charge at any time. Transfers to a later session are possible until 5 working days prior to the start of the course. Thereafter, no transfers will be accepted. Since all training courses are planned well in advance, we maintain the right to reschedule courses. In case an altered date is not suitable, enrolments can be cancelled, with a refund of the entire cost of the course. All courses take place as scheduled if a minimum number of enrolments is reached. The number of participants per course is limited. Extra sessions can be organised if there is sufficient demand.

Location
Most of our courses take place in our Business Objects Education Centre, located in Brussels or in Luxembourg.
Timing
Our courses start at 9.30am until 5.00pm
Language
Public sessions will be given in English, except other mention (Dutch or French). Course materials are printed in English.
Coffee breaks and lunches
Both are included in the registration fees.
Payment conditions
Registration fees must be paid at reception of the bill.
Warranty
Business Object Education is committed to deliver quality courses. If you notice that the course doesn't meet your expectations or that the level is too high, you can inform our receptionist, before the end of the first morning. We will pay back your registration fees or will recommend you a course that better suits your requirements.
